i7 2600K Same Bsod on 2 PC's

Hey,

2 of my friends are having the same exact problems happen when playing Bad Company 2, they both get the same bsod.

I already tried bumping the Vcore up a little, and QPI a little as well but still get bsod. Every other game runs fine, crysis2,css,l4d,cod,dragon age2, it's just bad company 2 that does it to both pc.

All video drivers are up to date as well.
All stock no overclocking as well.

There could be a bug in that game when running on SB system.

I can run BC 2 just fine on my SB system for hours at a time, never had a bluescreen. Any particular map or point in the game that this happens?

It's a bug of BC2

Some week ago, on my ex systems (i7 860 on p55a ud6)

win7 download updates (6-7)
after this, I wasn't unable to play with BBC2 without bsod (in 5 minutes from pre-patch to after patch)

Not at default not in oc

I had solved (not definitively) with an update of the audio driver

Now in my new system there is a xonar sound card

I'm not sure but try to play with audio driver

Thanks for the reply's but it seems it was a bug with easytune installed, both pc had it installed, made them uninstall and now they can play for hours and no bsod. Took awhile to figure it out but we did (:
