Try the Aurora nightlies as well (Apparently Firefox 5).

    User agent "Mozilla/5.0 (X11; Linux x86_64; rv:5.0a2) Gecko/20110413 Firefox/5.0a2" when using linux x64 version.

    Hmm.

Looks like Aurora is something like the DevChannel on Chrome.
While the latest trunks are called Nightly instead of Minefield.

FF4 doesnt use as much memory as chrome with my 50+ tabs browser usage.
Chome eats all available memory and even more after a few days (maximum a week for me when i had 8gb memory) if you dont restart chrome.

But this is actually a feature in chrome, not really a memory leak. Chrome caches all pages you have visited so if you shoul revisit it will load faster.
The problem is that you cannot turn this "feature" off, nor can you set a limit on the amount of memory chrome shall use for this. Only option is to close chrome to empty the cache.

Not a problem for most people, but a problem for me.

I'm using it on netbook with 1,5GB of RAM and i never even bothered to check how much memory it consumes. Why the hell ppl still bother with it. Win9x era is long gone. Memory is there to be used, not to idle for itself...
It's similar with Android. You never really close any program. You just suspend it. But everything still works perfectly fine. I was like wtf and was kiling apps but then i just left them alone and it's great. A bit strange to work with but great.

I havent tried the newest Opera yet. But tried it 6-7 months ago and between FF, Chrome and Opera the latter caused most problems for me. No adblock didnt help either.
So i ended up going back to FF wich i have used for some years now. (still trying new browsers to see if i can find something better, recently tried Rockmelt and Maxthon)

The latest opera final is ok'ish but it has it's probs too.
It kinda gets a bit worse every rev.
Next ver will have webgl support though so I'm looking forward to that.

Maybe one day they will fix it up good enough so we won't need an alt browser for certain sites.
Most sites work ok though, but sometimes you need to refresh the page before the page starts to work :\.

Right now, opera's popup blocker doesn't seem to be working for shiz.
But I haven't had anything install it's self because of it though so it's ok, I just close out the popup's I get on those rare sites, ex. imgshack and tvshack.

I barely ever use firefox, I still got a beta of v4 installed :\.
The only time I do use it is when I have to login a bank or do taxes for someone, etc.
    Something goofy like that.
And most of those times I don't even bother I just use ie instead because those sites where meant for ie anyways and I can't afford a screw up.
