    Going to MC which 2600k

    Going over to Microcenter tomorrow, I'm really just going there for a 64gb SSD maybe haha but since 2600k's are 280 at MC right now I might just grab one. Which batch should I be looking for?

    idk. Batch is random. Try a costa rica chip, though.

    Quite a few C batches seem to OC well, but I'm not really keeping an eye on the 2500k/2600k thread.

    Pretty much it.

    Just snag the one with the newest batch code and see what happens. Within batches the chips aren't correlating to one another on how well they clock, pretty all over the map but newer chips seem to be a little better on average.

    well I just went lol one day early, all the had were Malaysia batches with B...decided it wasn't the right time
