Help me choose my new P67 board

Having a hard time deciding which of these boards to get.

    GIGABYTE GA-P67A-UD7-B3

    or

    ASUS MAXIMUS IV EXTREME

I plan to overclock the snot out of a 2600k on water and will be running dual cards.

    Thanks

Asrock P67 Extreme4 & Fatality review. In particular pay attention to the OC results. 5.1GHz @ 1.5v. You can't call that bad.

Fair enough, but a strange decision. The Extreme boards especially basically have no UEFI problems, are rock solid, awesome clockers and most importantly much cheaper especially when compared to the MIVE.

Never been a fan of Asrock and I refuse to by anything that has to do with Fatality.

Granted, Asrock used to be crap but they are very good now. Asrock are also a part of Asus BTW.

Asus and ASRock parted ways last year, they are both now completely separate companies.

Long story made short. The UD7 is the choice. I have the M4E sitting here but it is being returned.

I curse my friend for this as he has given me a video card so I'm going to run trifire. The reason the M4E is going back is that I can't use my sound card as all of the available PCI slot's are blocked. With the UD7 I can use the top PCI slot and keep my sound card. Ordered the EK block for the UD7 to make the top PCI slot usable.

So here is the overall build.

    2600K
    Gigabyte UD7
    3x HD 5870's
    16gb G.Skill Ripjaws X
    Corsair C300 128 GB SSD
    2x 1TB Samusung F3's
    Corsair AX 1200 PSU
    Asus Xsense Sound Card

    Thanks for the input.
