Question about P8P67 Pro x16 Slots

If I am only planning on only using one video card on my Asus P8P67 Pro motherboard, can I run my card on the lower WHITE x16 slot and get full x16 speed? I am talking about the white x16 slot that is the 5th slot down from the top. See picture.

The one with the red area pointed to it:

So if I plug my video card into that slot, and that is the only card in my system, will it run at the full x16 speed?

So the only slot with full x16 speed is the top one regardless of the number of cards plugged in?

    Sorry, nvm, I'm wrong.
I assumed that since the P8P67 Pro and Gigabyte UD5 had a similar PCIE layout, that the P8p67 Pro's second PCIE slot would be x8. In fact, it's X16, so the video card should be x16 in it just like the UD7. (in the UD7, the slot right next to the first PCIE slot is x8, then the slot next to it is x16. At least from what I can tell from the website.

I had to look at a closeup picture to verify.

found one for your board here:

The second slot in the UD5 is x8 eletrically; it's impossible for the UD5's second pcie to run at x16.

My mistakes and my apologies. That's what I get for assuming....
