It seems like Koolance nixed theirs and EKs are getting hard to source.
Is it worth even putting this board under water at this time?
Any recommendations? (i.e. any other manufacturers of blocks cooling everything including both socket VRMs)

Depends on what you mean by worth the hassle. Will you be able to overclock it higher? Likely not. Is the block easy to install? Likely not. Does it look good? Yes.
They are also going to be extremely restrictive.
motherboard - EVGA Classified e770 EK watercooled
cpu - i7 950 @ 4.420GHz EK watercooled
video - EVGA gtx 580 sli 950/1900/2300 EK watercooled
memory - 3 x 4GB Mushkin Redline (7-8-7-20 1T)
storage - Corsair Force 120GB ssd
power supply - Corsair AX850 (MDPC-X sleeving)
case - Danger Den Torutre Rack
i looks very good,
but my sr-2 is pretty cold.
the VRM and the intel 5520 isnt so hot under normal and light OC.
maybe it's waste of money - but i love to see my MB and RAM - watercooled.

EVGA SR-2 , 2X Intel Xeon 5620, 12X2GB Corsair Domminator 1600 MHZ CL7
3X GTX580, Corsair AX1200, Lian Li PC-Z70
3X Dell U2311H, Liliput 7" touchscreen monitor
What kind of temps are you seeing with stock cooling?
Is the stock fan reliable?
Money not the issue but if it's just another link adding to complexity of a simple CPU x 2 loop it may not be worth it? Don't think 5690 x 2 at 4.5 each would be pushing it that hard. 48GB Mushkin DDR3 1600 7-9-7-24 ridgeback memory, etc.
Restriction no problem either as the booster pump can push 250+ psig but that I don't think is advisable with ANY w/c components! I'm told the bitspower fittings can take 100+ psig but waterblocks definitely not. hehe
