Thanks for all the help guys

I switched the two hoses on the pump as suggested, refilled the loop, bleed the loop for about an hour and the pump is 97% silent, 10000% better then before. I figure I just need to run the loop now for a few good hours to get those small bubbles out and I should be back to 100% silent as I was before modding the pump.

Again, I really appreciate all the feedback and suggestions.
