^^ If you have a USB (flash) drive you should be able to use the F12 button to take screenshots of the BIOS setup screens.
1.4v, there's your problem....crank it dude!

I wonder if you're just thinking it won't go past 4.8 because it's not prime stable? I'm almost certain splave's 5.3g testing was not P95. We just don't test like that, nor is it needed imo. Can you boot into windows, run applications (not P95), games, and such at 5.0 @ 1.45 to 1.5v?
Also, air cooled in Georgia this time of year is different than air cooled in upstate NY (where splave is). But water cooling definitely is the sweet spot as far as cooling goes on these chips.
OH!! I guess i never thought of that. The PC seems prety good @ 4.85GHz on 1.45v (Is this to MUCH?) I know @ 1.425 it was not stable, so that is why 1.45 is manually set. My PC is next to my A/C vent and gets very cold, so my temps wont be a limiting factor.. I just hate the BIOS on this board. You set a setting, save/reboot and the damn settings didnt stick. You literally have to set all settings twice sometimes to make them work!

Benching at 5.4ghz and running prime95 at 5.4ghz are two very different things. One is for fun benching if you can get it stable enough and the other is a frustrating waste of time. Yeah the chip may be capable of 5.4ghz but for 24/7 rock solid stability your gonna have to dial it down.
No need to join the "Who can degrade their chip faster by running prime95/linx constantly because its the cool thing to do Club "
Either way, 4.8ghz 24/7 is kickass! You have a decent chip there dude!

1.45v sounds good to me. Also, sounds like your ambient temps are pretty controlled being near the AC, so you shouldn't have any problems.
Who would have thought just 4 months ago that you could have a 24/7 air cooled rig running a 4.85g OC? Pretty amazing if you think about it.
UPDATE**** SO far i've been gaming heavily on this OC and am LOVING IT Incredible speed, and SB really loves bandwidth Difference from 1600DDR speed to 1884DDR speed was noticeable... Here is a screen shot showing 4.850GHz i7 2600K & CF 6870 @ 945c 1145mem

Nice. Just make sure you update that RT version with 3.67.
will do... didnt know there was an update

How close are you to Atlanta? I am about 30 miles away myself. Traffic can be a pain in the rear.
I use Prime among other things on all my builds for testing stability.
Just wanted to say that I also bought a chip from Splave that is supposed to do 5.2+ghz, but now I can't even get it stable at 5.
HOWEVER, I don't believe Splave is exaggerating as I'm running into much the same wall as the OP.
The commonality?
We both use Sabertooth's. I'm thoroughly convinced this board is what's holding me back. I haven't seen ANYONE past 4.8ghz on one of these boards for OCCT or prime.
I'm literally having the exact same symptoms. I'm giving up and ordering a Maximus IV Extreme.
3770k @ 5ghz 1.35v linx stable
Asus Maximus V Extreme
8gb Samsung Green @ 2600mhz 11-11-11-31
EVGA GTX 680
Corsair AX850
XSPC Watercooling
You should also see if you are getting CPU's that are bench stable at those speeds or LinX ( or prime ) satble, there's a huge diference... My 2600k will go for +5.58Ghz pi 32Mb, Vantage CPU teste, Wprime 1024 etc with 1.6v but I run him happy at 5.1 1.422v linx stable.
A 5.2 low voltage ( I miss to spot on that do this under 1.5v ) LinX stable is a very good chip a 5.2 Bench satble chip is a crap one...

Use this free printscreen program....Gadwin printscreen 4.5 http://www.gadwin.com/printscreen/
I wouldn't go off and say the Sabertooth board sucks just YET....... Im waiting for Asus to update this 2 month old BIOS for us... Then we'll see whats up... And thanks DUMO
