Most likely yes, given that some of the E-350 boards have UEFI.
On the other hand, not all of them have it, even though they're brand new designs.

Since many AM3+ boards only have minor differences compared to older models, it wouldn't surprise me if some of them will use a traditional BIOS.

Source? a week or two ago are different time than today
ASUS, the worldwide leader in motherboard design and sales, today announced the release of the industry's first AM3+ CPU enabled motherboard solution based on the existing AMD 8-Series Chipsets. Current owners of an AM3-based board* can make their AMD 8-Series motherboards compatible with the latest AM3+ CPUs with a simple BIOS** update from the official ASUS website.
And yes, Asus have put new bioses up on their ftp (3012 for the CH IV F)

No thats physically not possible.... the only way how this would be possible is, that asus already ship all there boards with a AM3+ socket and am3+ vmr specs...

Nex here is why it is debunked. Socket AM2+ has 1 more pin than AM3 so that you cant use AM2 CPUs in the socket because they don't have the DDR3 controller. Denab and Thuban both have DDR2/3 controllers which is why they can be used in the AM2+ mobos as well as because they have one less pin meeting the requirements for the socket. AM3+ adds that pin that AM3 lost back into the equation meaning that it would be impossible to put that CPU into an AM3 socket because you have one extra pin more than the socket was designed for. But you can use your Denab and Thuban processors in an AM3+ board. On top of those reasons AMD has said that the BD processors will not be able to be used in socket AM3 but that previous gen CPUs are forwards compatible with the new socket. Does this make sense and answer your question?
