    Disabled performance counters and Exctrlst.exe

    I post that trick(need) many times, now is time to refresh it.
    Disabled performance counters and Exctrlst.exe Will give you more speed and less whole computer lags. So basicly more points for ME.
    Works on win2000 up to windows 7&(2008)
    Just disable all counters, you will be fine.
