Expect to see Unreal 4.0 at E3 this year. Wouldn't be surprised if a few devs unvail their upcomming projects using the engine as well. I wouldn't hold my breathe for a new UT game anytime soon thoughEven then, the UT I loved died with 2K4. Could never really get into 3.

I forgot to add the kickstarter & desura financed game Xenonauts. It's schedueled for a 2012 release, though the release date haven't been released, yet

Edit:The idea of the plan is to reach beta by 9th October – beta being a feature-complete state where the game could feasibly be released as a finished game.
Another interesting game is Remember Me, which apparently has a release date of May 2013
