Its very simple but dangerous as all get out.
Honestly it is worth the price of paying an hvac guy to show you step by step how to do this correctly while you watch.

Anyway google the compressor model and print out the wiring diagram it will show you step by step but again electricity can kill you so please get some help.

You need the run cap. Bets bet is to test the system with just a simple switch for on and off. Then you can add the controler. 2 wires will come off the run cap, one wire will then need to go to the run cap and the other free wire off the compressor will go to the input. Sorry ive just woken and this is not very detialed. I'll dig a photo out of what i mean.

No sure why but I can't find them on my NAS, had taken them with my phone so i probs deleted the file as had loads of photo of the ex in there as well.

Anyway i just took some more to help. The wires are colored which makes this easy...i hope. Lets do this without the Chill Control, safer, easyer, faster and makes sure the comp is not dead.

2 wires will come off the run cap (white and blue here) they then run to the comp. They will go to the R(w) and S(V).

That red wire goes to the switch.

You then need a feed into the cap and otherside to the switch.

    Hope this somehow helps

one wire will then need to go to the run cap and the other free wire off the compressor will go to the input. Sorry ive just woken and this is not very detialed. I'll dig a photo out of what i mean.

If it's brazed in a system and charged you must let it sit several minuites to allow the pressure differential to equilize or it won't restart. That's normal.

If it's not restarting because of the thermal cut-out(too hot) you have a different problem.
    The Laws of Thermodynamics say:

Zeroth Law: "You must play the game."
    First Law: "You can't win."
Second Law: "You can't break even."
Third Law: "You can't quit the game."

Do you wanna Play Thermodynamics ???????? I forgot "you must"

Tetraflourameth: BTW the thermal cut-out (from on top of the compressor) is missing in the picture you posted above. You need to wire one in.

yeah, i think i got what i paid for...20 bucks did not go far this round...lol

im taking it off and putting my danfoss back on for the time being. it was faithful all this time..it just needed a new condenser.

and after seeing that rotary work...it's not rocket science to wire it up...mine was just having issues and me be all nervous for a first time wire up...was on the 150 percent caution side of things!
after it was said and done....it really is a simple process..

Non of mine have them, not all have them fitted.

Can you add them? Easy enough as they just go inline

yeah, you can add it. its real easy.

guess what....now the compressor start and stops like it never had a problem.
could it be there is too much oil in it?? or a vapor lock of some sort?
what i did was did an evap to get t ready for debrazing...and for sh*** n giggles i plugged it back up.
the thing restarted 10 times in a row....i waited 5 minutes and tried again..still working.

So when powering the unit on was in a vacume, charged? What was the system presure when turning it on?

Sounds like there was too much presure in the system. Have you filled it with oil?

    all the above.
and it shot straight to vacuum instantly. also...no gas coming out of high side and evap isn't getting refrigerant either.

@johnksss, why have you got the liquid line (high side) going straight into the compressor ?
