    Stacker ST-01 by mib

All begin few years ago with first watercooling system I bought. Blocks were made by Realitynet.pl, cases were Chieftec tower Thermaltake Matrix. Pictures will be later need to find them.

After some time I wanted to buy Stacker case.
    A small introduction
    PC stuff:
    DFI P35T2R, e6300@3GHz, 4GB D9, X1950pro
blocks by RN, Liang rad 120.2
and it was working good enough.
    Pics

    Modding

New rad to be mounted -> 120.3

    Then painting

After that case start to look better then before byu it was not enought for me

So I decide to choose different coating type, the only solution was to use powder coating but I wanted soemthing else.
And the result was like that (it's not powdercoating)

    @aerial
    Thanks!!!

Fitting of fillport was another part of modding.

And painting once again (not for the last time).

Structure of paint was/is like that:

Paint used is a bitumen paint normally used for painting of chassis of cars.

Paint here was not dry so that's why there are some reflections.

After more or less finishing case modding I started to play with some hardware
    GPU (ATI 4850/70)
It was prototype waterblock for 4850/70 fully made of copper a nickel plated. I wanted to have it with plexi top so the work begin.

    And result

    After assemblly with other stuff

Few another pictures from the build.

    Toxic green inside loop.

    Painting final result.
THe painting process took a long time. I have used a primer, then black paint and finally several coats of bitumen paint and a topcoat paint.

    Another parts coming into loop.

    list:
aquaero 4.0lt (custom LCD will be added)
    flowmeter
    fitting
    2 different hoses
    same radiators

After couple of days I finally make running my lcd.

On final revision there will be only one piece controlled by lcdsmartie.

    But a very good case.

    More pictures from previous revision.

    Pump and flowmeter connection.

    Pre final revision full case.
Hardware changed a liitle bit. Instead of 4870 there is 5870.

I face a quaite a bit problem wit the liquid flow, GMR show only about 30-40l/h. That was too small result.
THe reason for that was the flowkiller EK LT together with smoe dust or other Sh*t in liquid.

Normally the flow and temps are like that:

PS a got a lot more pictures of this project.

    Another small update in rig.
New fittings 10/16 and Tygon for it and ofcorse soem other bitspower fittings.

After couple of hours spended on watching others worklogs I worked out something like this:

It's a new design of front panel for Stacker and a side panel. Unfortunatelly I make one desing mistake, the intake ventilation holes got a little bit to small area so I need to think how to fix it.
    Final result

    Window with coloured glass.

    Some details

That front drive cover panel should look good when painted. I can always appreciate a Stacker build.

I think there are options like:
    1. 2 lcd and they will show the same
    2. one bigger 4*40 lcd
