anyone know how the hardware labs gt stealth 360 stacks up against the swiftech mcr 320 qp?

Psyco: i kind of expect GTS to perform similar to GTX (though half the thickness, but even denser fins; comparison of GTX vs MCR can be seen here). For slow and middle fans get MCR and consider GTS just and only if you don't care about noise at all, as for GTS to perform well it needs very powerful (thus noisy) fans. With quiet fans it will cool 1/3 worse then sparse finned rads.

thanks for the info, the whole reason for going with watercooling was for noise so I'll just wait for the mcr to come back in stock
