I didn't run the card without it so I can't say for sure, maybe it will work fine. I just figure...an OCP mod is there to remove a potential wall so why not remove it? It only takes 2 sec with conductive pen vs the mem mod itself which is the toughest mod on the card. That way if you do have a problem benching you won't waste time or nitro![]()

Maybe it's a leftover paranoia I have from the reference cards and how the GDDR PWM reacted to change. I'll see how the GDDR does with some more juice, so far I have zero complaints about the MHz
