No. Aluminum tubes with a copper block will.

I've seen many a copper rad with aluminum fins, but never an aluminum rad with copper fins. What brand is it?

Corrosion is an issue when you put metals like copper and aluminum in a loop together that are physically touching the water. If you buy any of the made-for-PC rads these days, you will find that the tubes and end tanks in the rads do not have aluminum, but are made of copper/brass. It doesn't matter what material the fins are as far as corrosion is concerned since the fins do not come in contact with the water.
