    Randomly atikmpag.sys-bsod

    Yo guys,
since about the last two months I get randomly bsods when I am playing CoD4 (MW). The screen gets black the sound is still working for a while and after a few seconds the bsod appears.
WinDBG says it was a VIDOE_TDR_Failure (116) module name atikmpag.sys.
That means it could be something wrong with the driver or the video card.
But what am I supposed to do against it ?
I am using the 10.10 display driver again. The 11.01 (included the hotfix 01a) and the 11.02 produced those bsods about one time every week.

(Today I have got a atikmpag.sys bsod with the 10.10 driver)

    Thanks for your quick hint!
What am I supposed to back down, the gpu oc, the vmem oc or the cpu oc ?

EDIT: I took the cpu frequency 25 MHz down (161*25= 4,025). Prime95 (small FFTs) walked without errors through for 4 hours, memtest86+ as well. Gaming seams to be alright so far.
I think you meant the cpu frequency, didn't ya ?

He probably meant GPU OC ;-) .
On a side note, small FFT is LEAST demanding of prime tests.I would recommend 2hours of blend and then 2hours of LARGE, systems that pass this ,seem to be about 98% stable.

Well, what ever it exactly was.
I am convinced I didn't feed my system enough VTT (and maybe VCore). As I increased the VTT and the VCore up two steps everything is working out fine now
Thanks for your help mate ?
