2 raid0 arrays on same controller?

I have a Gigabyte P67a-ud3p and I was wondering if you can run 2 seperate raid arrays on the same board without adding on a raid card?

I have never tried, thats why I am asking.

    yes you can.
    I run 2 Raid 0 arrays on my machine (2x60) & (4x60) SSDs
only dowside will be the combined read speed of each array will be lower then the reading from one Raid then the other.

Would it still be faster than a single drive?

the reason for the slowdown on my machine is the max throughput of the intel raid controller.
I have a Gigabyte UD7, not sure what the bandwidth limitations are for chipset on the P67a-ud3p.

but yes it is still faster then a single drive on my machine.
