    yes, 1600, correct timings, and 1,5v, the pc works absoluty fine with running 1600, crysis, prime..., but after psu off and on...

    Try a small boost to VTT(VCCIO), and VCC and see if it still does it.

    small boost? could u plz say me some values, which should be applied, and where i find vtt and vcc, im not at home right now

    my only changes are sata to ahci, vdimm fix to 1,5, manually latencys, and fix 1600, cpu runs at stock

    Sent you a PM. I need to see what the BIOS is defaulting to on sub-timings (the value will be shown next to each sub-timing). I think it's a setting issue because you can POST from AC power cycle at DDR3-1066. It's either the sub-timings or the memory controller in your CPU needs a little more voltage to handle the 4GB density modules at DDR3-1600 speeds.

    P8H67-M PRO BIOS 1002:

    Tell me, therefore, whether the need for greater tension as the 1305? In 1503 we had the BIOS to increase the tension to get the same OC, maybe there is something changed?
