    Pushing PCIE frequency?

I can't get my Quad-SLI to 950 core unless I up the PCIE frequency to 120.

At 107 they would go only to up 940 core. Once I started increasing the PCIE frequency, they reached 950 on the same volts (1.154v). Even went down th 1.13v, and it was still stable.

When I tried going to 121 or higher PCIE frequency, motherboard stoped finding my HDDs at boot
I tried to increase the PCIE volts to 1.54v, but it doesn't help.

    Any ideas, tips?

    System is 980x, UD9, 4x580s, all watercooled.

I guess the newer chips are more tolerant of higher pcie?

With my old p965 board, sata would give out just after 110pcie.
