    Arrow DDR1: 400MHz (800DDR) Club

    http://valid.canardpc.com/show_oc.php?id=1599098

Memory is G.Skill PC4800 1GBLA (Samsung TCCD 437). It seems that I've just broken overall DDR1 frequency WR by mistake (seriously!)

    Regards

Awesome, any Polish guys on XS that uses less then 5 year old hardware?
Both Ryvbanan and you are stuck with around launch of A64 hardware, hmmm...

Apart from that SellMa, I doubt that is close to highest DDR(1), considering that 320+ 2-2-2-5 has been done and alot were running TCCD at 360-380'ish.

I've seen or heard about some 400-410MHz scores, but never anything above.

Can you use some tool to measure memory latency? I would be interested to compare it with today's values.

I thaught LA was only in 256m flavors.
    Very nice result .

What are your bench scores in aida for your mem?

I always wanted the 2x256m set of LA's, but by the time I wanted them, they were almost gone and very expensive.

I like my ch5 and some oem utt though.
Plus I got some decent oem sticks of samsung uccc 512m's.
The only good ddr1 board I got is the nf2.
And the one I have is 2nd hand, had to replace a bunch of caps and it don't clock quite the same like my 1st board did.
Some day I'll get back on it and mess with it, get it to 280 stable again.
Wanna see 280 stable with my ch5 and utt (768m, mixxed...), should be darn fast for that system.
That old nf2 is still faster at 240-250 with a single cpu at 2.4-2.5ghz then my dfi 790fx is with a single core at 3ghz :\.

Anyways, congrats on the result dude.
Do you know if anyone else has one any better with samsung ram?
Being that the 939 was the last ddr1 platform, that would be the only setup that could compete, dual chan wise.

Oh and to finilise your recored.
You should pi 32m it at the very least...

No I didn't, there is no point - too slow cpu, crappy timings, nothing spectacular here.
