played bfbc2 on 5970 @ 11.1beta and there's still flickering and it still crashed, twice. However, the slow alt-tabs seem less frequent?

No crashes here but, annoying loading SLOW fps...

Alt + Tab seems to be ok.

There're no issue with LoL. I think people tend to do bizarre things with their rigs, that's the only explanation.

I played 3 hours of BFBC2 yesterday. At first it crashed out twice within 20-30 mins. I turned OFF punkbuster and not a single crashe for the next 2 hours. This was in single player and it seems the crashes are due to PB disconnecting for some reason.

I also had some minor texture flickering but then I set ingame and ccc vsync to both on, it went away. Originally I had ingame vsync OFF, but CCC on, and there may have been some conflicts - ingame was overriding ccc for me.

BFBC2 with everything maxed out at 1920x1080 8xAA, 16xAF, HBAO on... no lag in single player whatsoever with these drivers and CFX.

Huh? Clocks are exactly the same, apart from the memory which is 20mhz LOWER in the 11.1a result. Edit: oh, or are u comparing my result to gauls? Yeah i'm sure sandy bridge at 5ghz will bring that gpu score up a bit.

Yeah i thought u meant that, but still i don't see the reason for mentioning it. I know my clocks are much higher, all i was showing was that 11.1a is about 1000 points better compared to the older drivers

vantage and 3DM 2011 doesn't need Open_CL

Just install that after installing 11.1a.

Just tested these drivers and still no fix for my 3rd screen defaulting to 640x480 . need to disable third monitor again ..

Hmm, thats odd, seems these drivers have issues with the 6000 series cards, and crossfire/eyefinity. They work fine with my 3 5830's in eyefinity.....

i just tried to install this 11-1 64bit for my main rig and it fked my pc. i tried 4 times with results as follows: 1unsafe program "ultradefrggr" being found by norton 2011 in hydravision install folder, 1 bsod, and 3 unresponsive computer freezes.

out of the 4 times it actually installed 2 times. i opened CCC up and tried to reset my gpu clocks. it was at 625/1000 and i wanted it at 600. CCC auto moved it to 500/750 and when i tried to change it, it killed my computer, twice. restarted desktop and as soon as ccc opened in the task bar it killed my pc again, had to go into safe mode and restore. in the proccess of backing up to 10-4

what the hell is up with 11-1?

so my 5970 on 30+24in screens = unplayable bfbc2 on 11.1 official. I'm just going to quit playing that ty game, it never ing works.
