Ran through a bunch of benches and games with these as a fresh install on a fresh OS and had no issues in any game.

    CrossFire 6950's flashed to 6970's at 950 core 1450 mem all at 2560 x 1600.

Had issues in Fallout 3 with 10.12 and now I don't, not sure if it was an OS thing or a driver thing though since both are new.

No loading issues with my setup, maybe a second or 2 slower than 10.5a's... Not enough to worry about, especially with the FPS increase!!

load times times are great like the other member mentioned , 1 or 2 seconds slower , but i tottally agree yes well worth the fps increase

oh and btw i haven't had any issues with any of the drivers i have tried , a fresh install sounds like a good idea

Well, I tried the 10 series drivers, but was on 10.5a's because thats what got the best frames in BFBC2, then went straight to the 11.1a's... All the other drivers were a dramatic decrease in FPS for me...

Huge FPS drop during LOADING with 11.1a.

catalyst_10.10e_hotfix_win7_nov9 was better on this but i noticed a bit of flickering...

Come on ATI... don't force me to go to the green side... =/

Seems like the only difference is the CCC version. Still, I'll go ahead and add the link to OP. Thanks!
Also, the link says Jan, 26th... The final version?!

Never fixed what. "Huge FPS Drop"

I don't have your problems with Huge FPS Drop in BFBC2.

And Huge FPS Drop while loading a map does not matter seeing as you cant play while loading a map.

The last good driver Nvidia had was 258.96 . haha.. With anything higher, my screen blips/strobes on every restart or shutdown lol... And the 260.xx's made DII LOD unplayable during battle. It was funny to see the FPS go up and down as my LV 20 Poison Nova spead out.

260.99 and up slaughtered KOTOR, but I pretty much have to stick with the 266 drivers, since PB kills me if I am not using 265++ on my M11xR2 (Optimus).

I tried the 11.1 (8.82.2 beta)....Simply put AMD should contract out their driver development department, they F...ing suck at drivers!

I have a new 6950 (not hacked to 6970) with Win-7 64U, Eventually running these drivers my screen goes blank, loss of video signal. The 6950 fan goes to 100% and I have to power off, this will happen within 15 min or less. Upon restart, I get the Windows did not shut down properly indication, but I start Windows in normal mode again.....I think I got the BSOD, but did not see it due to loss of video. This happens again and again with these drivers. Removed 11.1a and.....

Running 10.12a now, that problem gone. Well, it's not gone it just took longer. Guess I put the old 4870X2 back in and see if I need to RMA this 6950 back.
I know it was a beta, I don't need to hear that.

Waiting for the next POS drivers from AMD.

UPDATE: 4870x2 back in with CAT 10.8, looks like an RMA to Newegg. Something must have been overheating in the 6950, always repeatable and always <15 min after reboot.

Weird, I used all three leaked versions of 11.1a with my Cayman, no issues...
Tried Driver Sweeper after uninstalling and rebooting?
