Not sure it currently works with desktop cards, might have to mod the *.inf file.

Edit1: yes, they do not work with desktop cards. Need to mod *.inf files. I am trying, but does not seem to work out.

Edit2: asder00 from Guru3D.com appears to have successfully modded these. I am downloading now to see if they work. Download link.

Edit3: installed, appears to work. I'll post if I encounter any issues.
The package includes Catalyst Install Manager, the driver, and CCC2, btw.

Edit4: Get Catalyst 11.1a (8.82.2 Beta 1, no modding required) HERE.

Hehe... well i did not knew that... since i was dealing with nvidia card for the past 10 months... and the first driver i installed (the 10.12hotfix), i was not getting any of this flickering thing until i tried this one...

But it is flickering even with HD5X00's?

Can you guys test Uniengine Heaven's benchmark in all 4 APIs and see if it works properly? The 10.12a RC3 drivers had broken opengl and weird DX9 performance for the 6900 series.

apparently the real release will be on the 26th. These are mobile drivers modded and the D3D driver is older than the one in the 10.12s.

I can wait, the 10.12s run everything with ease.

I really do wish they would have something decent. I don't have a problem with what I"m running now (I think 10.8 or 10.9...will have to check as I have forgotten).

I've had bfbc2 flickering, c2d, bsod, hang and more with every drivers since 10.5 ish. Sure, some drivers give me less reboots and more flickering, or more hangs and less crash to desktops... It's all the same pile of horse manure.

Yeah, I'm dying to get a proper 11.1 for my Cayman. What I have now is pretty buggy in a few games I'm playing...
And 26/1 seems sooo far away...

+ 1 given up on atl still stuck on 10.5 after a year keep complaining to ati team, but I am never going to buy ati again looking at nvidea again.
