whats best bios for overclocking E8400 on T-POWER I45?

hi guys,my new m.b is T-POWER I45 and i bought it ONLY for overclocking E8400!!!
but the version of bios was For 2008! and I updated bios to 2010date with Tpower2 program! but after change bios when I push ON swich system start bud reset for 2-3 time!!! why? by the way I wana to knowing whats BEST bios For this m.b to overclocking E8400??? (I will test on subzero!)

Obviously, adjust you voltages to suit your cooling but may help with your fsb, what fsb do you get low multi.?

in Fact the versoin of bios is the first one! (2010) i download From that link you give me
i get 600 mhz for fsb by 6X multipier: http://valid.canardpc.com/cache/screenshot/1428894.png
off course temp was only 30 !!!
i really confused about this chep!!!
