    E3 1230 V2 is it better then a 3770?

    My 24/7 PC has died, its a 6 years E6750 with a P35 Mobo. So I have had my money out of it.

    I have been offered a E3 1230 V2 Xeon chip at a very cheap price compared to a i7 3770, any disadvantages with this chip apart from having to use a separate graphics card. I already have a nice 7750 card in the box on my desk.
