Just grabbed a set. Now there are only 2 left in stock.

I really wanted the RipJawsX DDR3-2300 with 7-10-10-27 sticks, but not in stock yet. Hopefully these will OC to those settings.

Now we have to wait till Jan 24th to grab a Maximus IV Extreme Board.

If they can do 2250 at 6-10-6-24 1T 2300 should not be that hard at a slightly relaxed timing. Very nice stix.

wow pt1t nice clocks dude, VTT on stock? thats nice as!! And the fact you can do Cas 6 @ 2250 is like WoW!

Another thing I find funny is AMD/Intel would snipe any of our Moms on a grocery run if it meant good quarterly results, and you are forever whining about what feser did?

Picked up the F3-17000CL9D-8GBXLD kit, the extra $100 for 66mhz didn't seem worth it imo. Also waiting on Maximus ... NCIX says Friday and newegg.ca says Monday so hopefully have it soon from one of the two.

It's not so much the 66MHz, but rather the CAS latency (CL7 instead of CL9). Tho the price difference is kinda big, considering it's 4GB less as well..

Just more expensive huh? Might have to order a set.. I do have 3x2gb Corsair Dominator GT 1600 - 7-7-7-20 though.. Would you recommend the change?
