Corsair Obsidian Series 650D PC Case Announced [at CES 2011]

Just like gas station sunglasses. They all have a sparkly or bling somewhere. Gotta fork over for the Oakleys if you want something unmolested.

Angles and colors on cases do not work well IMO. Take this fine example from Frys...



I want my PC to blend in and go easy on the eye. I don't need to be concerned over whether or not my case is going to transform and hurl dimms with huge pointy fins at me.

yellowbeard. i know that you cannot tell anything about upcoming products etc, but i must ask. is corsair planning to do something like 550D (like it was done with 800D and 700D) without window?

one more thing. i understand that to cut costs, its sharing internals with 600t, but you could do some kind of basement. to split mobo space, and psu space... its obsidian line anyway :P

No internal shots. Can't decide if its ok or not.

The outside is simply ugly. I like corsair products, but man their cases just don't have that lian li appeal.

lol wut? this is ugly? no lian li appeal? i know that taste is different for each person, but omg. lian li are also plain and simple cases (most of them at least) just look at them. some of lian li cases got mesh in front and 5.25 bays and nothing more. obsidian 650d is going with same pattern. then why are you telling that this is ugly and lian li is not? look at pc-9f. hard to tell what is what.

They both look fine IMO. But that window needed to have been much larger. You probably won't even see the CPU heatsink.

What about USB 3.0 motherboard headers?

Are they going to do anything about that?

It's an absolute deal killer for me without that!

Best case I've ever owned.

Especially if you like things like room and speed of installation.
