Has anyone sent in a BlackOps for RMA lately?

My beloved BlackOps has a dead PCIe x16 slot and will be going out to RMA. My question is this, for anyone that has sent theirs in within the last year or so, did you get a BlackOps back or did you get some sort of replacement/upgrade instead? I would like to get a BlackOps in return since I got a nice E8600 that I do not want to part with...

does the other 16x slot still work?
is yes, then... in case they dont have a new board you might be better off just using that slot...

The other slot is what I'm using right now. But I wanted to do Physx with a GTX460 I'm trying to get on sale.

It would suck if they don't have one as that would mean new CPU socket. I do have a brand new i-7 950 still unopened; but I really don't know if I want to part with my E8600.

I have a nice E8600 as-well, I would part with at the right price. I dig the Black ops board.
