sadly my good old 8800 GTS died. so im now in the marked for a new VGA, but since I’m studying I don’t have allot of money. so planning on buying a second hand one. I could get a ati 3870 x2 for 55 euro or a ati 4850 For 50.
rest of the set up is:
e6600 at 3.2ghz, 2gb ddr3, GA-G41MT-D3, hx620W
(also have a Asus P5b deluxe and 2gb of ddr2 800 laying around)
and games I play are CAD (solidworks, maya, catia, inventor and Alias), and some adobe stuff at 1980*1020. also sometimes some rpgs, and first person shooters
which would be the best choice (I also have to pay my own power bill and don’t have allot of money)?
