But could not stable above DDR3-1650
CL loosen upto 9-9-9-27-88
VDimm increase upto 1.70V
VNB increase upto 1.60V

I try both 5:8 and 1:2 ratio......

Hi,
sad to say to that, but this is normal- old 775 has big problems with 2GB-sticks and is also not able to handle these at high frequencies. That´s a well known issue, and the fact that the hypers are low Voltage for X38 and 48 doesn´t improve the situation. So I think you have to live with that- but you have good rams for further upgrading if you change the socket one day
