2133 C8 are basically the ones that didn't cut 2200 C8...
For example my 2200 C8 do 1600 6-6-6-18 @ 1.60v and nothing less. Pretty much leaves 2000 C8 and 1600 C6 behind.
IMO 2000 C8 are a different series so they probably arent binned. Speed/Project X were probably a set of chips set aside for binning and they just put random sets out as 2000C8.
In fact, binning or "listing" is really tight on some sticks, you might even need .01-.02v more to pull spec etc etc.
Mixing ram (different batches/models) isn't good in the long run.
