    New Here and to Dice!:)

hello everyone! i am kinda new here, a few buddies told me check out these forums( Posershadow & Zeneffect) so here i am.

i have been doing a little dice here and there to get the feel for sub zero temps for upcoming comp.My buddy from Intel came down to visit for a few hours and we ran our first tests on a older gigabye board( not good for OC) and a Q6600. everything went good but the OC( 3.6ghz could have done that on air...lol) so here some pics

then i tryed my rampage board

and last but not least this weekend i used my P55A-UD4P with 655K. i managed a 5.0ghz 25x200 and then ran out of ice so higher next time with a new OS. here is a sreenshot
    more pics soon.

I'm with you here, brand new to actually using dry ice (I'll be doing it in February I think). Looks pretty impressive for a first time!
Signatures make my posts look huge... but I'm not humble enough to completely remove my signature, so I kept this note explaining it.

    Fun stuff! Good luck.

Looks like you're using the p|n's LN2 pot for DICE. You have a gasket for that gemini so leaking acetone is not a problem?

That's the next step LN2! but to pricey right now, can't afford a kewar. But I will have to get some hands on before tourny.

You'll have to watch ebay diligently for a dewar...I got my 50L with withdrawal device for $200. Every once and awhile one pops up and you have to grab it.

edit: one other thing I just noticed on your pics is the lack of foam around the base of the pot. Looks like you extend the sleeve that covers the top of the pot all the way down to the base....that might leave a large air gap between the angled sides of the base and the outer sleeve.

This is how I do mine, which is fairly typical of many LN2 users here. Just a suggestion.

How do I go about joining XS team. I am competing in Asus formula X and my partner is an XS member so I figured I would try and be the same. I have had a lot of help from Chew and ZenEffect at Blizzconn and I believe they are both XS. thanks

    Nice, have fun with it.

For the top part of the Gemini just use electrical tape around the outside, that will stop the Acetone from leaking.
