2*4 GB of GSkill Flare/Ripjaws or Corsair Vengance mem sticks

Looking for something 1600+ that can run tight timings easily. What would be the better pair of sticks

    Both

Both of those ram kits are rated CAS 9 at DDR3 DDR1600 and you say +1600 so I doubt looking at either of the kits you mention for tight timings unless CAS 9 is thought of as tight with DDR3 ram. Others may have tested and see if differently.
Back and forth from board to board it seems.

AMD likes tight timings so go something like ripjaws or gskill PI's ..

Another thing I find funny is AMD/Intel would snipe any of our Moms on a grocery run if it meant good quarterly results, and you are forever whining about what feser did?

    Currently I'm running 2x 4 gb G.Skill Ripjaws. 1100t is clocked to 250 x 16 = 4 ghz, nb is at 12 (= 3 ghz). Memory at 3:10 = 833 mhz with 7-8-7-23 1T (set to 1.65 volts).

It's a compromise between clocks and voltages and I'm happy with it.

    Which Flare? The CL9 version?

    What about 1600/CL6?

1600 cas 6 Should be easy, most kits should be able to pull it off easily
