well at stock you can always at least push blck to 103+, at high speeds i think the cold is the trick. Also you most likley need a GPU that can handle the high PCI-E, because as you raise blck you are raising pci-e as well.

I can push bclk to 105.5 at stock speed and to 100.7 at 5.32GHz. This is from boot up. ET6 doesn't give me more bclk in windows.
np i was just thinking you know. BTW nice OCes 1Day impressive!
With my GTX 570s I am able to push 107.5 at stock, i have another card that can handle 130blck so i am going to try that card.
Also at stock teh BLCk can hit 107.5, but OCed only like 103max at around 4.8ghz. my 5.2ghz chip wont do over 100.3 OCed at 5.2ghz.
I was having a look at my motherboard and i remembered i have 4x SATA 3 connectors. So i just moved all my HDD's to those 4 ports. From what i've read it's only the 4x Black SATA 2 ports which are affected by the bug.

I haven't noticed anything by having all my drives on the other ports, but just to be on the safe side i moved all my dives anyway and left my DVD on the old SATA 2 ports.
By the way, is there any drivers to install for the Marvell SATA 6Gbps ports? I had my SSD on the marvel ports but my write speeds were awefull. I changed back to the Intel 6Gbps port and the speeds went back to normal. I checked device manager and there is only a generic driver installed for the Marvell device and i can't see any drivers on Gigabytes website??

takes a bit of time to get used to it, ive only played with the P8P DLX and it was a weird experience also going that way lol
as i mentioned before OC fail recovery isnt great atm so flicking off a switch on PSU and clearing cmos after crash or C1 does the trick, i bench without a battery installed and use profiles. Now that i know how to push it i dont have to do any of that, just load her up and go
guess i am sol on sata ports
we should change the text on that app
Dumbass, use the other ports
im just joking mate you know what you;re doing i can tell
dumbass
j/k
Are the sata 3 ports causing instant damage or is this something that will happen over time?

in case anyone was wondering
Anyone running a ram kit with PSC chips in them? What vdimm you do you have for a 2133Mhz run? Can't get my G.Skill and Corsair DomGT (with PSC I think) to run at 2133Mhz. The olden DomGT with Hypers works just great. TIA.....
@max, thats quite weird because my PSC's love the ud7 where as my gtx2s dont like the ud7s.. I've seen high dimm voltage up to 1.75 according to HIWA, i'd run your rated specs on the dimms and adjust vtt/system agent till your stable..
Another thing I find funny is AMD/Intel would snipe any of our Moms on a grocery run if it meant good quarterly results, and you are forever whining about what feser did?
Ok downloaded F7 bios from gig's site flashspi & autexec was included so installed with Q-flash in bios worked 100%, no windows @bios flash garbage.
I'm going to start working on F7 bios, so far so good.

I like f7e personally. PLL overvoltage is removed in F7 and I need that. I guess it is back in F7f but I havent tried that one.
