I think I bricked my DFI LP UT Ultra-D

I think I must have shorted something on the chipset when I reinstalled the chipset cooler.

Any suggestions besides throw it in the snowbank and take a picture.

Are you asking for suggestions on what to do with a dead board or how to fix a dead board?

I think Splave was suggesting taking the caps and resistors off this dead board for future use. At least I think that's what he's saying..I wouldn't know what to do with caps either lol

Yeah I'd prefer to fix it if it could be done by someone with reasonable electronic skills and steady hands.

EDIT: yes I suppose he was just bringing a little humor to the situation.
