awesome!!! This 970 BE has a potencial, I believe, with a bit tweaking u can get WR in 1M (try diferent setings RAM and HT link).

Rbuass, very outstanding! My sincere congrats
    Glad to see 7.13g broken
    & nice benching of 990x

Hope you will have another LN2 session for this chip soon!

BTW…a very warm picture of yours, Rbuass
I could feel the joy & peacefulness in your conutry

Flank: PI1m on high freq. like that is diff. (even with high Freq./NB/Ram). It isn’t easy to break 10s…not at all.

Wow! SuperPi at that frequency and CPU-NB speed should have been sub 10 seconds easy if not a WR! Shame efficiency is that bad but fantastic job anyway!

Nah...regardless of the freq., the IMC plays the most improtant part, especially when Rbuass was using core#0

    I did try my 555/955 @ 6.9g/NB 4890 to 4910/Ram 1700+ to 1800+, and still got 10.063s-10.015s

Hope to see a breakthrough by Rbuass & able to get other WRs of 2D benching

    Thanks friends

We had to split the LN2 to multiple platforms (SR2, 890FX, X58, 775) to explain a little of each system to the guys.
The session with AM3 was too fast and did not know how the chip would behave (crazy chip).
Certainly that was the attraction of the night and other benchs 2D (wPrime, Pifast, Spi32) and 3D will be made soon.

PS I believe the operating system has contributed to worsen in SuperPi time, SO formated to a 790FX
