Allowed to? Yes. Some of us are electing to step aside, however, for the benefit of others.

I'll be participating as both donor and recipient. I have free electricity so my view is "why not use it?" That said, I'm more interested in multiple compatible parts than hard drives lots (I have a few now).

    My toys:

Still working on finding more stuff.

There seems to be some confusion on my part. Are previous winners allowed to enter to try to win again, in this round?
    Sure, why not....

I have a AMD 9850 x4 AM2+. Just the CPU no heatsink/fan. Ran it at 3gz on air would run at 3.2 if better cooling I think. This is the unlocked Black Edition. Runs hot and draws some juice. Make sure MB can take a 140 watt CPU.

I can donate a dual core 775 cpu (an ES 4300 (i think). that should be ok for crunching - not a great points getter but every little helps.
I'm also going to donate my Dual Opteron 250's (2.4's i beleive) with an MSI Master 2Far system board and 2 or 4gb of ECC ram (can't remember if its 2 or 4gb) as i want to use the psu and hdd for my new sossaman setup.

I'd prefer the opty's and board to goto someone in the UK as obviously the shipping costs will get higher if going abroad.

    I wouldn't mind a quad core 775 that i can stick in my DFI X38. (Xeon / c2q)

Thank you everybody for your donations!! The HWGA is still 2 weeks away and we have a stack of really nice hardware to distribute amongst XS WCG team members. This HWGA #2 is bigger than I thought it would be. I shouldn't be surprised for an XS team that is #2 in WCG!! Keep in mind ladies & gents, it's for the Cure for Cancer, Muscular Dystrophy, AIDS, Clean Water, Clean Energy, and other Good Stuff!! Crunch On and I will see you at the Cure and other Good Stuff!!!

Ok, i have a few items.

    ECS socket 754 GF6100-M754 V 1.0 with amd Athlon 3700+ and 2 gigs of patriot ddr 400 (has a pci x16 slot)

    HIS ATI radeon 3450

and 4X opteron 8347 he processors

I have a lot more stuff laying around but I'm not too sure of their condition(like 8 or so extra sata hard drives)among other things.

The only issue is I live in Japan. Shipping may be a little higher than getting it from the states. I am on a American military base so shipping to the U.S. is relatively cheap.
