Prices in Japan:
2530 = 250 USD
2660 = 420 USD
2800 = 540 USD
Both new CPU have the new smaller die which according to Intel enables higher frequencies and and are running at 1.515 volt. But it's still the old stepping. The C1 stepping will be implemented in October.
I got myself a P4 2.66. I'm currently busy with a few other things, so I did not yet challenge the CPU seriously. It's running aircooled with 1.65 volt email@example.com on the BD7-II , it's 100% stable at 3200Mhz. I can boot into W2K up to 3360mhz, but it's soon crashing then. I assume this sample goes with the pin wire mod (1.9 volt) up aircooled up to 3400 and vapochilled to 3600 Mhz. This is not bad at all considering we have here a CPU with a 20x multi.
