How much Water Cooling do i need?

My system consists of the following:-

COOLERMASTER COSMOS RC1000 FULL TOWER CASE
    COOLERMASTER SILENT PRO 1000W PSU
    ASUS P6T7 SUPER COMPUTER MOTHERBOARD
INTEL CORE I7 975 EXTREME EDITION 3.33 GHZ
    CORSAIR XMS3 DDR3 (6 x 2GB MODULES)
    PLEXTOR PX-B320SA BD-ROM DRIVE
    PLEXTOR PX-880SA DRIVE
256GB CRUCIAL M225 SOLID STATE DRIVE
SAMSUNG SPINPOINT F3 1TB HARD DRIVE
    2 x EVGA GTX480 SUPER CLOCKED GDDR5 GPU
POINT OF VIEW GTX480 GDDR5 GPU
    WINDOWS 7 ULTIMATE 64 BIT
    AEROCOOL TOUCH 1000 FAN CONTROLLER
    AEROCOOL TOUCH 2000 FAN CONTROLLER
    8 x COOLERMASTER EXCALIBUR 2000 RPM FANS
Razer Mamba Wireless Laser Gaming Mouse
    Logitech Dinovo Edge wireless keyboard
    Samsung 40" 1080p lcd tv.

I am getting a hugh amount of heat being generated by my components so in order to air cool them my system sounds like a hair dryer. I think i need to get everything water cooled so been looking online for ideas etc.

Ive decided im going to cut my cosmos up a bit and install a 120.3 rad in the roof and a 120.2 in the floor. EK Supreme HF CPU block, 3 x EK Full Cover Waterblocks, EK Multioption Reservoir (160mm) and a Laing DDC1+ Ultra Pump (600 L/hr)

Will this be enough cooling for my setup?

Also do i need to watercool my north bridge, southbridge and mosfets?

Any help and advise would be greatly appreciated.

Depends how hard you want to push everything. One triple and one dual rad will be a lot better than air. If you have chosen a case youre limited by what you can fit in it, so by that token, pack what you can into it and go from there. You dont need to watercool your board. Many people have high (4.3GHz+) systems with stock board cooling. You can if you want though. This forum is a wealth of info, so check out lots of poeples setups.

EDIT - this should probably be in liquid cooling section.
