Only issue i ever had with mine was some weird acting usb ports. Other then that it is a pretty good board. Overclocks great and is stable.

I dunno about extreme overclocking but my first R2E arrived with a large list o problems. NB superoverheating (>90°), one of the ethernet adaptors dead, CPUtemp sensor reading crazy values. My second (the RMAd) one is working almost good. Got an i7 920 and a Xeon X5650 @4.0 easily but i always got problem with the memory, sometimes it "see" 12GB, other time 10GB, but i dunno if it's mobo problem, cpu IMC problem or memory stick problem.

same here, great board. Never had any problems except when it first launched and had a standby bug. That was fixed quickly by a bios update.
