    Seems like pcie direct connect flash should be fastest, just not developed well enough yet?

    well finally went through and read all of it, whew~! very interesting, some of the configurations they are using for server storage are awesome, multiple tiers with sata hdd on bottom, sas hdd in middle, and ssd on top, with cached I/O is just awesome also, the new switches that they are coming up with are changing the storage game big time
