Now I have to see how high I can clock my i7-860. Running 3.3 GHz at stock voltage now, but will have to do much better during that week. And my game PC will be running that week too.

i need to find a decent way to get my backup water cooling rig to bust-a-move on my now-replaced Q9550. the antec P182SE doesnt have much in the realm of mounting options for an MCR220 so i dunno :|

Except for the tubing and fan wires you don't need to involve the case except for access ....build an external cooling setup, after all it only takes feet for the rad to stand on

Anything firmer than "eary November" for the start? I want to get my HPF2 pendings built up.

I like this idea.. I needed a good reason to buy an SR-2 rig.. Anyone have a recommended power supply? MM? I got a mountain mod case already so fitting it is no big deal. I just have to buy the backplane.

An exact week would be great too!

Considering just running two Sammy's 24/7 is probably costing about $40/month, that may not be such a bad idea...

If I power up any more rigs than I have now Wifey will have my bollocks on a stick!
Of course anything I can slip into an existing case will go un-noticed

I am helping at the moment "The International Team" (very little team) with the 69 day challenge against larger teams. 69 days is long so if you do a one week supercomputer challenge in November (preferably starting on the 6th or later) I will let my Solar System drift temporarily to the XtremeSystems galaxy to increase its gravitational power. At the moment my daily average is 780'000 WCG ppd. But if you wait until the date I mentioned I will be probably around 800'000 ppd.
