I am just passing on the message from a friend. I have no control of what is released or making of the bios. I am just a community member of the forums with a Foxconn product.

I am still (happy) with P09,
but good to see things go on if you need it (GTX460 ect.)

The only thing i miss is the possibility to lower Vcore under default.
    With my 1,25V i can reach 4,2GHz,
but for 24/7 3,5GHz is enough for me

So i would get better Temps , ergo less noise.

Do these newer bios revisions still support both xfire and sli?

yepp, ive been bothered about that ever since br came out myself...
back then they didnt want to do it since the VID table wasnt 100% correct so lowering it might cause voltage jumps. by now the table should be fixed, so idk why this is still a big deal

who knows, maybe we will still see this option added some day... looks like x58 still has quite some life in it

From what I see, X58 will last pretty long.. though, why not, its good. I wonder why its not added, but I guess Foxconn has other priorities.. or QF.

I hope they will add it in future. I wish to get 50-100 MHz more from my memory and this seems to be the last option. Otherwise this board is great for over-clocking the memory. And CPU too.

Tried this bios (still have it on BIOS chip #2) but I'm back to using P09 now.

With G44, prime 95 @ 4GHz with HT fails on one core within 5 minutes...back to P09, and 4GHz is solid with lower vcore. Good times

are you sure all settings were aplied properly? you know you have to dial them in one by one right? using saved profiles from bios A on bios B doesnt work all the time...

    just a heads up...
but really, i think upgrading to this bios only makes sense if you have issues right now, the difference doesnt seem to be big... as always im waiting for the pilsy seal of approval before flashing a new bios ^^

I think PiLsY is having too much fun with G42. He seemed to hit all the sweet spots with that one

I would rather say, he worked for Foxconn.. specificaly for Quantum Force. Until Foxconn went mental..

So yes, his opinion really is something you can take serious..

Incidentally, I'm back to G44 and it's fine. I got 3x2GB Corsair XMS3 and P09 didn't like them (eg wouldn't boot) so put the jumper back to the G44 bios and now I'm rockin with 6GB of 1600 8-8-8. Nice

Can someone please re-upload the G44 bios. I'm getting the 4E error in combination with a gtx 560 Ti, and I can find no active download location.

Your first url installed all kinds of addware. Fortunately the p11 bios did the trick, thanks!
