53C at 3.8ghz is way too high, remount the HS and see if things improve, a better fan might be an option as well. Case ventilation is good?

How could it be way too high, cause the air at the exhaust fan is hot,i mean the thermal transfer is good. However i have something special in plan such as :

    This : http://www.prolimatech.com/en/produc...?id=155&page=1

    and this awesome piece :

    http://www.coollaboratory.com/en/products/liquid-ultra/

I consider this +2 fans to be the ultimate goal for air cooling.

Ok,so main cause seems temperature,it will be fixed soon

    Meanwhile i have some kick-ass bad CPU in terms of NB freq,doing 2800MHZ on 1.1V(that's right,stock ).Not bad at all,still i can't boot at 3000 whatever voltage i use,so i think in this case it's mobo's fault?

2800MHz with stock voltage? Are you sure you didn't mistaken "CPU-NB Voltage" and "NB Voltage"?

I've always suspected my 955BE from having a crap IHS. Even with a Hyper 212+ @ 4GHz 1.5v load temps in fairly cool ambient temps still get to about 60c, and about 70c in hot ambient temps. Cooler is deffinately mounted properly so the only real conclusion is a concave IHS. Just have to figure out the best way to lap the IHS.. those CPU pins are going to be a pain to make sure they dont get bent.

    thats easy
find the foam that comes with the cpu holding it in the plastic case, and the plastic case itself.

break off the top half of the plastic case and use the bottom half plus the foam, and you should be much better off. it takes ALOT of force to bend all those pins combined.

I'd say you weren't lucky that time around. My B55 and 965BE can both easily run at 4GHz, I use K10stat instead of cool'n'quiet. The B55 actually clocks better and runs cooler than the 965, even on bare metal (no thermal paste) with stock heatsink. So it's just luck of the draw.

These CPU pins dont bend easily with just fingertips.

Lay two fingertips across the top of the pins and gently move it back and forth...I lapped mine twice and didn't bend any pins.

... or get some polystyrene ... put the cpu on it, press it, use it. making the surface of the HS even can bring you 10°C. cheers

64bit OS requires more voltage and is harder to stabilize than 32bit. 32bit Vista and XP clocked better on both my CPU and RAM. You want your temps < 53ºC for a full stable system.

MX-4 or Shin-Etsu would have been better IMO.

    Liquid Ultra is nothing special.

Doesn't liquid ultra and similar products wipe the floor with pretty much all other TIMs?

Yea they do,based on liquid metal,it doesn't fit for coolers with aluminium base, but compared to mx-4 or other things, there is a difference as high as 3-5 degrees for Liquid Ultra.Check this out :

That's liquid pro. Liquid Ultra's Performance is actually quite lower.

    Ok ladies and gentleman,tonight i celebrate and i go drunk.Finally hit my goal,4 ghz stable,with only 1.52

This chip is something special, able to do 3,8 with 1.36V but 4,0 with 1.52.CPU-NB is quite good,as you can see in the picture,2800 with 1.22,rock stable.Too bad that 3000 requires 1.45

I never would had guessed that this 955 would produce so much heat that a FZ-120 won't handle, but every day you learn something new
