Did you know Bananas and Lemons actually go together quite well?
- Mix honey, rum, and lemon juice, and baste some FIRM bananas that have been sliced in half long ways.
- Put them on the BBQ (on a high flame to caramelize the coating), and continue to baste with the lemon/rum/honey mixture while it cooks.
- Cook until it has browned grill marks on each side, (or is brown and caramelized on all sides). (Your choice)
- EAT! Great with vanilla ice cream! I got this recipe from an Australian web page.
