    Acer Aspire TimelineX laptops adopt new Intel mobile processors

    Acer's Aspire TimelineX family of ultra-thin laptops, which includes the 11.6-inch 1830T, 13.3-inch 3820T, 14-inch 4820T and the 15.6-inch 5820T, has now been upgraded and is shipping with the latest Intel Core i3, i5 or i7 processors.

    Apart from the new CPUs, the four laptops haven't changed since their summer release and have an LED-backlit (1366 x 768) displays, 3/4GB of RAM, a 320GB/500GB hard drive, Intel integrated graphics or Mobility Radeon HD 5650/HD 5470 (switchable) graphics, a Crystal Eye webcam, Gigabit Ethernet, 802.11b/g/n WiFi, a multi-gesture touchpad,and optionally Bluetooth 2.1 and 3G.

    The updated Aspire TimelineX offering starts at $600.
