Not good prices at all because of the following reasons:

    GTX 460 768MB starts from $169
    HD5770 1gb starts from $139
    HD5750 1gb starts from $119

How are the prices not good? The performance of the GTS450 is between the 5750 and 5770. And guess what? So is the price.
    i7 920 D0 / Asus Rampage II Gene / PNY GTX480 / 3x 2GB Mushkin Redline DDR3 1600 / WD RE3 1TB / Corsair HX650 / Windows 7 64-bit

Step 1. Complain about anything related to Nvidia
Step 2. Wait for reviews / actual information

It usually goes in that order nowadays so it's expected Those prices look good against the current crop of cards. Don't know if they'll hold up in a few weeks though.

These things must overclock really easily. Some of them are overclocked a good bit at what I suppose is MSRP ~ $130.

GTS 450 will be equal to 5770. The good news is that we have some very good cooling and custom pcb at MRSP price...
For example Asus GTS 450 DIRECT CU -129$

    i5 2500K@ 4.5Ghz
    Asrock P67 PRO3

In Italy 135 euro vat included for Palit stock.

    Gainward GTX460 768Mb - 140 euro
    HIS HD5770 1Gb - 125 euro
    Club3D HD5770 512Mb - 115 euro
    HIS HD5750 1Gb - 110 euro
    XFX HD5750 512Mb - 96 euro

I think that street price will point to 100-110 euro in 10-15 days for GTS450

Yes in between 5750 and 5770 with in between price there is not a thing note worthy about this other than the Nvidia logo. The GTX 460 is a different beast and for $20-$30 a much better choice.

I have seem several reviews GTS 450 had performance leaks since the months starts. Most people knew its performance level before it hit newegg. Also if i am such a anti nvidia then i would not have included then GTX 460 as a better alternative.

The GTS 450 already has a stock speed of ~800mhz and ~1600mhz where as the GTX 460 has stock speed of 675 MHz and 1350 MHz so there goes the overclocking angle.

The cheapest 460 is also 30% more expensive. Obviously the people shopping in this price range are doing so cause they don't want to pony up the extra $40. I also suspect the 460 will do a bit better in price/perf but that's not a linear progression and for Nvidia it probably peaks with the 460.

Even with the numbers in those early reviews I fail to see where your price criticism is coming from. A $130 MSRP puts it smack in the middle of the 5750's street price, and it's faster than the 5750.

That remains to be seen. Stock speed doesn't dictate overclocking potential when you're comparing two different chips, I'm sure you know that.
