    Noctua NH-D14 fan recommendation

Hello everyone. I'm looking to replace the stock fans on my D14. I run an i7 930 Oc'ed to 4.15. Cooler does an excellent job already, keeping temps around 70C at full load on prime 95. Is it worth it to replace the current fans? Noise isn't really an issue, have an antec 900 with all fans running on high setting. I want a fan that pushes alot of air that isn't extremely loud.

The fans on the D14 are high grade already. Like you said, it does an excellent job. I switched out mine with some Silent Eagle 2000s. They keep my 955Be pretty chilly. The fin density on the D14 is pretty low, so you might try adjusting the amount of air going in/out to match each other. And see if adjusting the fan speeds have any influence on the temps. I was pretty sure there's a diminishing return on cooling potential with the D14 after a certain point. I'm just not sure where that point is.

I'd say stick with the stock fans if you're satisfied.
