How would one connect 2 MCW60's in mATX spacing

As the title says Ive got 2 MCW60's Im preparing to run on two 5850's in a mATX pcie spacing.
I cant figure whats best to run the tubing between the 2 without kinking.
Ive got roughly 3cm's from barb to barb in height and only ~8cm's out from barb to case side panel.

Whats my best solution without blowing $50 on fittings?

Picture helps and for laughs too. Got a GTZ and 655 coming just need to figure out the kink issue so I can break free of my noob mod.

Finally setup will be 655 Pump(moved to outside of case ignore green pump box in picture)->GTZ block (thx Rise)->GTX120(front)->2xMCW60's(gpu's)->MRC120(rear)->MCR220 w/Res.

plastic 90 degrees should do the trick tube going out straight from first card 1-2cm out then 90degree and the tube bending to 2nd card and back wherever.
